12"x48" Gloss Orange Tint Vinyl Wrap

A 12"x48" gloss orange tint vinyl sheet designed for customising headlights, fog lights and taillights. The PVC film provides a direct-fit solution for enthusiasts wanting a coloured accent without permanent paint or expensive lens replacements.

Light transmission and application limits

The film offers up to 95 percent light transmittance, keeping forward lighting effective while adding tint. Installation requires a wet surface, a heat gun for stretching and careful trimming; it is not a simple peel-and-stick decal and will not suit buyers who want an instant, tool-free colour change.

PVC durability and daily practicality

The material resists water and can be cleaned with water alone, while the adhesive releases without residue when removed. Heat stretching allows the sheet to follow curved lenses, but the film will not protect against heavy impact and buyers needing structural lens armour should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 12 by 48 inch sheet or a different size for my lights?

The sheet measures 12 by 48 inches (30 by 120 cm) and can be cut to fit headlights, fog lights or taillights as needed.

What does the 95 percent light transmittance mean when the film is on my headlights?

Up to 95 percent of light passes through the orange tint, so beam brightness remains high while adding colour and protection.

How does the PVC material hold up to heat and water once applied?

The film is stretchable with heat, water resistant and can be cleaned with water, staying durable on exterior lights.
