Pair of 60cm RGB LED Strips

This kit contains two flexible 60cm strips each fitted with 36 5050 SMD LEDs. They mount in the gap between the headlight and the hood on a Ford Mustang without removing the headlight assembly. The self-adhesive backing secures the strips directly to a clean, dry surface. Operation requires a 12V DC supply with red, black and yellow wiring for power, ground and turn-signal function.

Sustained output with IP68 sealing

The IP68 rating protects the LEDs and circuitry during prolonged exposure to heavy rain and road spray. Heat dissipation is handled by the flexible soft tube so brightness remains stable during extended use as daytime running lights or sequential turn signals. The strips can be trimmed every three LEDs from the end to fit custom lengths without affecting the remaining segments. Low power draw reduces thermal load on the vehicle electrical system.

12V DC automotive electrical interface

The three-wire connection ties into standard 12V vehicle circuits for power, ground and turn-signal triggering. Voltage must stay within the 12V DC nominal range; higher or lower system voltages are not supported. The strips draw minimal current so they do not overload factory wiring or require additional relays. Compatibility is limited to vehicles with a 12V negative-ground electrical architecture.
