Compact Fabric Shaver

The SINGER Compact Fabric Shaver and Lint Remover is a battery operated device designed to remove lint, fuzz and fabric pills from clothing and upholstery. It suits home users and travellers who want a portable tool for garment care.

Thermals Noise Power

The unit runs on batteries so it produces no mains noise and draws no AC power during use. Its three stainless steel rotary blades are shielded by a safety mesh guard that protects delicate fabrics while the motor runs.

Build Fit Needs

The shaver measures 5.6 by 3.1 by 3.0 inches and weighs little enough to pack in a travel bag. A detachable lint catcher collects debris for mess free disposal. Buyers who need a mains powered shaver or a larger capacity lint bin will not be served by this model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the batteries in the SINGER fabric shaver, and what step do people often miss?

Open the battery compartment, insert the required cells observing the polarity markings, then close the cover securely; the step many miss is confirming the cover clicks fully shut so the safety interlock engages.

What maintenance will the SINGER fabric shaver need over time?

Empty the detachable lint catcher after each use and wipe the stainless steel rotary blades clean; the blades are designed to stay sharp for extended use, so no scheduled replacement is mentioned.

What limit appears first during a long de-pilling session with the SINGER fabric shaver?

Battery depletion is the first limit during sustained use, since the device is battery operated and runs until the cells are exhausted.
