Purpose-built forensic fuel refill

The Sirchie SCW1035 is a 5.82oz butane canister manufactured to replenish the Cyanowand device used in latent fingerprint development. It is intended for forensic investigators and lab technicians who require a dependable fuel source for cyanoacrylate fuming during evidence processing.

Direct Cyanowand integration

The canister includes specialised nozzles that mate securely with the Cyanowand, eliminating the need for adapters or extra tools. This direct connection reduces fuel waste and keeps the refill process clean, so the instrument stays ready for field or laboratory deployment without downtime.

Nozzle-equipped canister advantage

The bundled nozzles enable a controlled, spill-free transfer that maintains consistent vapor output for accurate print visualization. Their precise fit supports uninterrupted operation and helps preserve the integrity of evidence-handling protocols throughout each investigation.
