Adjustable Resistance Training Bag

The SKLZ Super Sandbag is a vinyl training bag designed for adults practising golf, boxing or mixed martial arts. Four inner weight bags are included and must be filled with a high-density material such as sand. The system reaches a maximum weight of 40 lbs when fully loaded.

Suitable For Explosive Power Work

This bag suits athletes who want to develop power and explosiveness through variable resistance training. Buyers who need a pre-filled heavy bag or a fixed-weight medicine ball should consider other equipment. The outer shell is built for repeated impact and long-lasting use.

Four Removable Fillable Weight Bags

The package contains four separate weight bags that slide into the durable vinyl shell. Each bag can be filled to adjust the total load up to the 40 lbs limit. This modular design lets users scale resistance as strength improves.

Questions about this item

What high-density material do I need to supply to fill the four inner weight bags?

You must provide sand or a similar high-density filler; the four inner bags ship empty and reach a maximum of 40 lbs when filled.

Will the 13.1-inch wide vinyl shell fit on the same rack as my older 10-inch punching bags?

The bag measures 13.1 inches wide and 10.1 inches high, so verify your rack spacing before mounting it alongside narrower bags.

How can I confirm the bag is properly loaded to its 40 lb limit after filling?

Weigh the filled unit on a scale; it should read 40 lbs, which is 6.7 lbs above the 1.35 kg empty package weight.
