SKYLAR LIFE Caulk Whitener Gel 12 Pack

This 12 pack of SKYLAR LIFE caulk whitener gel is designed for homeowners and maintenance workers who need to restore discoloured grout and silicone sealant in wet areas. Each 5 Fl Oz tube targets black stains on tile, shower surrounds, sinks, bath tubs, toilets and window seals. The gel formula clings to vertical surfaces so it stays where it is applied.

Sustained stain removal over 6 to 8 hours

The product works by dwelling on the stained area for six to eight hours without any scrubbing required. Its gel consistency keeps the active ingredients in contact with silicone caulk and grout lines longer than liquid cleaners that run off. The treatment is intended for white surfaces only and should not be used on coloured finishes.

Simple brush-on application with surface limitation

Application consists of brushing the gel onto the affected joint, waiting the stated dwell time, then rinsing. The main installation issue is using it on non-white substrates, which the manufacturer explicitly advises against. No special tools are needed, but masking adjacent coloured materials prevents unwanted bleaching.

Questions about this item

Does the gel give off strong fumes or heat while it sits on the caulk for 6-8 hours?

The gel works without scrubbing and is designed for indoor use on tiles, sinks and showers, so it stays passive during the wait period.

What tools or cleaners do I need to have ready before I apply the whitener?

No extra tools are required; the gel is applied directly from the tube onto silicone caulk, grout or tile surfaces.

Will this whitener damage coloured grout or non-white silicone that I want to keep?

The product is not suitable for surfaces that are not white, so it should only be used on white caulk, grout or tile.
