Gaming desktop with Ryzen 7 9800X3D

This new Skytech Prism 4 system pairs an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor running at 4.7 GHz base and 5.2 GHz boost with a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card carrying 16 GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 32 GB of DDR5 6000 memory, a 2 TB Gen4 NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Home pre-installed.

Suited for 1440p and 4K gaming, VR and AI workloads

The 16 GB GPU frame buffer and 32 GB system memory handle modern titles at high settings and VR experiences marked as ready. Buyers who need more than 32 GB of RAM for heavy content creation or who want a second graphics card for multi-GPU compute should look at a different platform.

The 850 W gold ATX 3 power supply decides

An 850 watt gold-rated ATX 3.0 unit powers the CPU, GPU, 360 mm ARGB liquid cooler and all onboard components. If your upgrade path demands significantly higher sustained draw, this PSU capacity becomes the limiting factor.

Questions about this item

What motherboard form factor does the X670 board use so I can confirm it fits the Prism 4 chassis?

The system uses an X670 motherboard in the standard ATX layout that the Prism 4 case is built around.

The 360 mm AIO arrives pre-filled — do I need to connect the pump header and ARGB cable myself?

The 360 mm AIO is factory-installed; you only plug the pump into the CPU_FAN header and the ARGB lead into a 5 V motherboard socket.

When the 2 TB Gen4 NVMe SSD reaches its write endurance, what replacement drive specification should I buy?

Replace it with any PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD of the same physical length; the X670 board supports up to 4 TB per slot.
