Silent quartz movement

The SlickBlue wall clock uses a sweeping quartz mechanism that eliminates the audible tick of traditional stepper movements. It runs on a single AA battery, which is not included, and delivers continuous, noiseless timekeeping suitable for bedrooms, studies and other quiet spaces.

Stainless steel, aluminium and glass construction

A silver-finished frame combines stainless steel and aluminium behind a glass face, giving the clock corrosion and oxidation resistance. At 17.5 inches square and either 4.5 or 5.5 inches deep depending on measurement point, it mounts flush on standard wall fixings and weighs between 4.5 and 6.5 lbs, so a secure anchor is advisable.

Replaces ticking analogue clocks

This unit upgrades any room currently served by a ticking battery clock or an older quartz model whose movement has become audible. The jump is worthwhile when silent operation and a clean silver aesthetic are priorities, but it does not suit buyers who want radio-controlled accuracy, smart-home connectivity or a larger diameter face.
