Portable Play House for Young Children

This SlickBlue tent creates a 34 by 34 by 40 inch enclosed space for children under six. The 170T polyester fabric and firm frame resist bending during active play. Four mesh windows and two sunroof openings keep the interior ventilated and well lit. It accommodates two to three children or one adult with a child for shared play.

Upgrade from Open Ball Pits

The house design adds walls and a roof that many open-air ball pools lack, giving children a sense of their own room. One hundred PVC balls measuring 5.5 centimetres in diameter are included, weighing .5 lbs in total. The jump is worth it when a family wants a contained play area that also works as a pretend house rather than just a ball container.

Foldable Indoor and Outdoor Use

Weighing 2 lbs, the tent folds down for storage or transport to the garden, beach or bathroom. The 5 foot diameter footprint fits in most living rooms or gardens without permanent installation. No tools or external power are required. Buyers needing a larger permanent structure or a higher ball count will find the capacity fixed at the supplied amount.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the 34 x 34 in tent need?

The tent footprint is 34 inches long by 34 inches wide, so allow at least that much clear floor area plus a little extra around the sides for the fabric walls.

What is the step people miss when setting up the foldable frame?

After unfolding the frame, fully extend each pole until it locks into the corner connectors; the tent will not hold its 40 in height if any pole sits loose.

How do I clean the 170T polyester fabric and the 5.5 cm PVC balls?

Wipe the tent fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry; wash the balls in warm soapy water, rinse well, and dry completely before returning them to the tent.
