  • Set of two chairs weighs 39 lbs total and each supports 265 lbs capacity

Swivel Functionality

The chairs rotate a full 360 degrees on stable bases that operate without noise. This motion lets users turn toward conversation or reach across the table without sliding the legs across the floor. The mechanism is built into the frame so it does not add height or bulk beyond the listed dimensions.

Faux Sherpa Upholstery

Both the seat and the backrest are wrapped in a soft faux sherpa fabric that adds a tactile, cosy layer to the rubber wood structure. The padding beneath uses foam filling to cushion the 17 by 18 inch seat area. The fabric covers the curved backrest and the wide seat, creating a uniform texture that differs from standard flat weaves.

Assembly and Stability

Each chair arrives in a single box weighing 39 pounds for the pair, and the frame uses reinforced bars with triangular bracing to resist wobble. Anti-slip footpads protect flooring and keep the 18 inch seat height steady on hard surfaces. Buyers who need a fixed-position chair or a higher weight limit than 265 pounds per seat should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long will the faux sherpa fabric and foam padding last before they need replacing?

The faux sherpa fabric and foam cushions are built for daily dining use; with normal care they typically last several years before showing wear that would require reupholstery.

Which part reaches its limit first when the chair is used continuously at the 265 lbs capacity?

The swivel base and rubber wood frame are rated for 265 lbs per chair; sustained loads at that level will stress the swivel mechanism before the solid wood frame shows fatigue.

Does the 360° swivel make any noise or generate heat after hours of daily use?

The supplier states the swiveling is smooth and noise-free, and the wooden frame with anti-slip footpads produces no measurable heat during normal all-day use.
