Smalody YXSM8020BT 2.0 Soundbar 10 W Bluetooth 2

Smalody YXSM8020BT 2.0 Soundbar

The Smalody YXSM8020BT is a 2.0 soundbar delivering 10 W of total power from two dynamic drivers. It connects via Bluetooth 2 and draws power from a 5 V USB source. A detachable design lets the unit split into two satellites for wider stereo separation or combine into a single bar for focused listening. Touch controls handle volume and playback directly on the speaker.

Ideal for compact desktop setups

This speaker suits users who want a space-saving audio upgrade for a monitor or laptop with simple USB power and wireless pairing. The split design helps when desk width allows left-right placement for movies or music. Buyers needing deeper bass, higher output for larger rooms, or a dedicated subwoofer output should consider other options. The 18000 Hz upper frequency limit may not satisfy critical listening that demands extended treble detail.

Check USB power and Bluetooth version

Verify your host device provides a standard 5 V USB port capable of supplying enough current for 10 W audio output. Confirm the source supports Bluetooth 2 for a stable wireless link; older or newer Bluetooth revisions may pair but could affect range or quality. Ensure physical space matches the 20.0 x 10.0 x 5.0 in footprint whether used as one bar or two separate satellites weighing 0.839 kg total. No 3.5 mm auxiliary input is present, so wired analogue fallback is not available.
