Smead 50 Fastener Folders Letter White 13-cut Tab 11pt 34 Expansion 12840

Fastener Folders for Document Filing

These folders use two 2-prong K-style fasteners on the front and back panels to create two separate filing surfaces. They hold letter-size documents securely in positions 1 and 3. The 11-point paper stock and reinforced 13-cut tabs in assorted positions add durability for everyday office use.

Expansion and Capacity Limits

Each folder is scored for 3/4-inch expansion, limiting the total thickness of stored papers. The box contains 50 folders, so the supply suits moderate filing volumes but not high-capacity archival needs. The 10% recycled content and SFI sourcing certification do not change the physical expansion limit.

Check Your Filing System Before Ordering

Verify that your cabinet or shelf accommodates letter-size folders measuring 11-5/8 inches wide by 9-1/2 inches high. Confirm that the 13-cut tab positions match your existing divider layout and that the 3/4-inch expansion meets your document thickness requirements. The white colour and fastener style should suit your current organisational method.
