Two braided USB-C cables with right-angle plugs in a pack

SMUGDESK

SMUGDESK 100W 90° USB C cable 6.6ft 2-pack 20Gbps 100W 4K 60Hz

SKU CH-147M-8JSA7 MPN 100W

Two 6.6 ft right-angle USB-C cables deliver 20 Gbps data, 4K 60 Hz video and 100 W charging for laptops, docks and phones

Model 100W USB-C to USB-C

  • 90-degree L-shape keeps desks tidy and eases handheld use
  • 20 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 moves large files quickly
  • 100 W 5 A power delivery charges laptops and phones fast
  • 4K 60 Hz video output drives external monitors at high resolution
  • 24 K gold-plated connectors rated for 10 000 bend cycles

Right-angle cable for tight spaces

This two-pack of USB-C to USB-C cables uses a 90-degree L-shaped connector to keep the cord close to the device. Each cable measures 6.6ft and supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 operation. The design suits users who charge or transfer data in confined desk areas, while gaming or reading on a couch, or when a straight plug would block adjacent ports.

Thermals noise and power draw

The cables carry up to 100W at 20V/5A with PD 3.0 and QC 3.0 compatibility, so connected devices negotiate their own power levels. Gold-plated contacts rated for 10,000 90-degree bend cycles maintain low resistance over repeated flexing. No active cooling or fans are present, so operation is silent and adds no measurable heat to the host system.

Replaces straight USB-C cords

These cables upgrade any existing straight USB-C cable limited to USB 2.0 or 3.0 speeds when 20Gbps throughput or 4K 60Hz video is required. The jump is worth it for users moving large media libraries, driving external 4K displays, or charging 100W laptops in cramped setups. Buyers needing Thunderbolt 3 certification or longer than 6.6ft should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I route the 90-degree USB-C connectors so the cable does not pull loose from a dock or monitor?

Insert each L-shaped plug straight into the USB-C port until it clicks; the right-angle bend then runs parallel to the device edge, keeping strain off the port during charging or 4K 60 Hz video use.

When should I replace the cable if the gold-plated connectors wear out?

The connectors are rated for at least 10 000 cycles of 90-degree bending; replace the cable if you feel looseness, see visible pin wear, or experience intermittent 20 Gbps data transfer or 100 W charging.

What is the first limit I will hit when running 4K 60 Hz video and 100 W charging together for hours?

The cable supports 4K at 60 Hz and 100 W simultaneously; the practical limit is the host or display port bandwidth, not the cable itself.
