SKU CH-8HSM-P1WP3

Two right-angle USB-A to USB-C cables deliver 10 Gbps data transfer and 60 W charging in a 1.6 ft braided nylon design

  • 10Gbps data transfer moves large files in seconds
  • 60W fast charging powers laptops and phones quickly
  • Right-angle connector fits tight spaces without strain
  • Braided nylon jacket resists wear from daily use
  • Two cables included for home and travel convenience

Right-Angle USB A to C Cable

This two-pack supplies 1.6 ft right-angle USB A to C cables built for 10Gbps data transfer and 60W charging. Each cable uses a nylon braided jacket and metal connectors with a 56K ohm pull-up resistor for safe 3A current delivery. Compatible with Galaxy S22 series, iPad Pro 2020, MacBook models, Pixel phones and other USB-C devices. Does not support video output.

Sustained Transfer and Charging Behaviour

The USB 3.2 Gen 2 rating delivers up to 10Gbps or 1250MB/s for large file moves such as photo libraries or music collections. Backward compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports. The 3A charging limit means devices requiring 4.5V 5A or 5V 4A proprietary protocols will not reach their maximum charge speed. Adapter and device must both support 3A fast charging.

USB-A Interface Practical Limits

The USB-A connector caps the link at USB 3.2 Gen 2 10Gbps and 60W power delivery. No alternate mode or display signalling is available over this cable. Length is fixed at 1.6 ft, so reach is limited to desktop or car Android Auto setups. Buyers needing longer runs, video output or higher proprietary charge rates should select a different cable.

Questions about this item

Does the 10Gbps cable run warm or draw noticeable power when left plugged into a laptop all day?

The cable is passive and carries up to 3 A at 60 W; it does not generate measurable heat or consume power on its own during continuous use.

My laptop only has USB‑A ports — will the right‑angle USB‑C connector fit and work without an adapter?

Yes, the cable has a standard USB‑A plug on one end and a right‑angle USB‑C plug on the other, so it connects directly to USB‑A ports and USB‑C devices.

Will this cable work at full 10Gbps speed with an older USB 3.0 SSD I still use?

It is backward compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0, so the older SSD will operate at its own maximum speed when connected through this cable.
