SKU CH-FV0R-HW929

  • 10 Gbps transfer moves large files in seconds
  • 60 W power delivery charges laptops and phones fast
  • Thunderbolt compatible for versatile dock connections
  • Nylon braid survives 20 000 bends for lasting use
  • Two 10 ft cables give extra reach at desk or in car

USB A to C 3.2 Gen 2 cable for peripherals

This USB A to USB C cable connects external SSDs, smartphones, tablets and Android Auto systems to a computer for 10Gbps data transfer and up to 60W charging. It is built for users who need both high-speed file sync and fast power delivery in a single braided lead.

10Gbps interface and 60W power limits

The cable operates at USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds of 10Gbps (1250MB/s) and supports 3A charging up to 60W with a compatible charger and device. It does not carry video signals and cannot transfer data or power between two laptops, so it is unsuitable for display or host-to-host links.

Check port types and charging gear before ordering

Verify that the host has a standard USB-A port and the peripheral uses USB-C, and that both ends support USB 3.2 Gen 2 for full speed. Fast charging requires a QC 3.0 or equivalent charger and a device that accepts 3A input; without them the cable will fall back to slower rates.

Questions about this item

Which length should I choose between the two 10 ft cables included?

The pack contains two identical 10 ft cables, so you get the same reach twice — handy for keeping one at a desk and one in a bag.

What does the 10 Gbps figure mean when I copy files to an external SSD?

It allows up to 1250 MB/s transfer speed, so large photo libraries or video projects move in seconds rather than minutes.

Is the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface limited by the USB-A connector on my laptop?

The cable is rated for 10 Gbps and 60 W Power Delivery; the USB-A port must also support USB 3.2 Gen 2 to reach those speeds and power levels.
