Targeted deep-tissue relief

The SNAILAX SL-128WH massage mat uses eight fixed 3D shiatsu nodes that stay in place instead of travelling up or down. It is designed for people who want steady, focused pressure on the lower back, neck or shoulders after long periods of sitting. The upright position targets the lumbar area while the upside-down position suits the upper back and neck.

Adjustable comfort layers

A detachable soft cover reduces the intensity of the kneading nodes for sensitive users. Optional vibration and gentle heat can be activated independently or together, and each function has adjustable intensity. Warmth becomes noticeable after about three minutes and an overheat protection system shuts the unit off automatically if needed.

Check power and positioning needs

The mat operates only from a corded electric supply and no car adapter is included, so a mains outlet must be within reach of the cable. Because the nodes are fixed, you must choose the upright or upside-down orientation before starting a session to match the body area you want to treat.

Questions about this item

Will the eight fixed 3D shiatsu kneading nodes ever need replacement?

The eight fixed 3D shiatsu kneading nodes are built into the mat and are not designed to be user-replaceable; the detachable soft cover can be removed for cleaning but the nodes themselves stay in place.

What limits the length of a continuous massage session on the SL-128WH?

An automatic shut-off timer stops the unit after 15 minutes of continuous use to protect the motors and heating element from overheating.

How warm does the heat function get and does the mat become noisy during an all-day cycle?

The gentle heat becomes noticeable after about three minutes and gradually reaches its maximum mild temperature; the overheat protection will shut the heater off if it gets too hot, and the fixed nodes run quietly enough for office or living-room use.
