Product identity

This 48 inch pressure hose assembly carries the Solo part number 49-00-515 and is built for the Solo 450 series sprayers. It replaces a worn or damaged line so the sprayer can return to normal operation. The hose ships new and ready to fit the listed equipment.

Who it suits

Owners of Solo 450 series sprayers with item numbers 27986, 27987 or 27988 will find a direct fit. Buyers who need a different length, alternate fittings, or compatibility with other sprayer models should look elsewhere. The assembly does not adapt to non-Solo or non-450 series units.

Deciding specification

The critical detail is the confirmed fit with Solo 450 series sprayers 27986, 27987 and 27988. Verify that your sprayer carries one of those item numbers before ordering; no other compatibility is documented.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the 48" hose to my Solo 450 series sprayer, and what fitting mistake should I avoid?

Thread the hose ends onto the sprayer outlet and wand inlet by hand until snug, then tighten gently with a wrench; over-tightening strips the brass fittings and causes leaks.

Which part of the 49-00-515 assembly wears out first and when should I replace it?

The inner tube and outer cover degrade from UV exposure and chemical contact; replace the hose when you see cracks, bulges, or seepage at the crimped ends.

What pressure or temperature limit will I hit first during extended spraying sessions?

The hose is rated for the Solo 450 series operating pressure; sustained use at maximum pressure and high fluid temperature accelerates hose fatigue and fitting loosening.
