One-Year 8x5 Support License

This SonicWall 02-SSC-5877 hardware license provides one year of 8x5 support for the TZ570p Series appliance. It covers telephone, email and web-based assistance during standard business hours. The agreement also includes software and firmware updates plus advance exchange hardware replacement. Access to electronic support tools and moderated discussion groups is bundled.

Replaces Expired Coverage

The license renews or activates support services when the original factory entitlement lapses. The jump is worth it if the appliance protects production traffic and downtime must be limited to business-day response. Without a current contract, firmware updates and advance hardware swap are unavailable.

Suits TZ570p Operators

Organisations running a TZ570p that need vendor-backed troubleshooting and rapid replacement hardware will benefit. Buyers whose appliances are retired, deployed in a lab without uptime requirements, or covered under a different tier should look at other options.
