Dual NP-FZ100 charger for Sony cameras

The BCZD1 charges two NP-FZ100 battery packs at the same time when it is connected to a USB PD power supply. It is aimed at photographers and video creators who need both batteries ready for a full day of shooting. The unit accepts the high-capacity cells used in recent Alpha and FX models. It does not charge other battery types or operate from legacy USB ports without PD support.

Two-bay simultaneous charging in 155 minutes

Both slots charge together and reach full capacity in approximately 155 minutes. Each bay shows its own five-step LED status so you can see the exact level of each pack at a glance. The charger draws power only from a USB PD source; it cannot fast-charge from a standard 5 V adapter. Users who need more than two batteries charged at once will require an additional unit.

Low-profile design with active thermal management

A flat 84.5 x 29.2 x 70.0 mm housing weighs 149 g and fits easily in a gear bag. Built-in heat monitoring and dissipation keep temperatures in check during the 155-minute cycle, so the charger runs quietly without external fans. The compact footprint leaves more room in a kit for cameras, lenses or extra media.

How do I know each battery is charging correctly on the BCZD1?
