Protective cover for Sony remote

This black case fits the Sony RMT-VB200U remote supplied with select Blu-ray players. It shields the handset from scratches, dust and everyday knocks. The cover maintains access to all buttons including the dedicated Home, Bluetooth and Netflix keys. Owners of compatible players can keep their remote looking new for longer.

Buyers who need a spare remote

This item is a silicone skin only, not a replacement handset. Shoppers whose original remote is lost or broken should look for a full RMT-VB200U unit instead. The cover adds grip but does not change the 5-10 m wireless range or the two AAA battery requirement. Anyone wanting a universal remote with programmable macros will need a different product.

Model-specific fit for BDP-BX670 and BDP-S6700

The case is moulded to match the exact contour of the RMT-VB200U used with the BDP-BX670 and BDP-S6700 players. It will not fit other Sony remotes or third-party handsets. Verifying the player model before purchase ensures the cover aligns with every button and the battery compartment.
