Sony 55mm F1.8 ZA E-Mount Lens

This Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm F1.8 ZA lens mounts on E-mount full-frame bodies. Carl Zeiss optics and T* coating reduce internal reflections for high contrast. The f/1.8 maximum aperture allows shallow depth of field and strong low-light performance. Internal focusing keeps the lens length constant during operation.

Suits portrait and low-light shooters

Photographers wanting a bright prime for portraits and indoor work will benefit from the wide aperture and sharp rendering. The fixed 55mm focal length does not zoom, so users needing variable framing should consider a zoom lens. The kit includes a Slik Sprint Pro III tripod for stable shooting.

Fixed 55mm focal length

The lens offers a single 55mm focal length with no zoom capability. This focal length provides a natural perspective on full-frame sensors. Buyers must decide if this fixed angle of view matches their typical shooting scenarios before purchasing.
