What the C30-BK 2.0 speakers are

The SOULION C30-BK is a 2.0-channel desktop speaker system rated at 6 W total output. It connects via USB for power and a 3.5 mm jack for audio, with Bluetooth as an alternative wireless source. The compact satellites measure 6.0 in x 3.0 in x 3.0 in and weigh 0.839 kg, making them suited for monitor-side placement on a desk.

What the control pod and lighting change

A wired control pod provides a large rotary knob for volume, an M button to toggle between AUX and Bluetooth modes, and a light button to adjust or disable the LED effects. The speakers offer a pulsing mode and a flame lighting mode that synchronise with the audio rhythm. USB power means no external adapter is required.

Installing the speakers and common issues

Plug the USB cable into any 5 V port for power, connect the 3.5 mm jack to the source, then press M to select AUX mode; for Bluetooth, press M until a beep sounds and pair to C30. A long press on the light button for three seconds clears the Bluetooth pairing. Desktop users should use the rear audio jack to reduce ground-loop noise.

Questions about this item

How long will the fabric covering on the C30-BK speakers stay intact with daily use?

The fabric wrap is designed for regular desktop use and resists normal wear; no user-replaceable parts are specified for the covering.

What limits output first when the 6 W speakers run at high volume for long sessions?

The 40 dB signal-to-noise ratio and 150 Hz low-frequency roll-off become audible before the 6 W amplifiers reach thermal limits.

How much heat and noise do the C30-BK speakers produce when powered from USB all day?

USB power at 1.5 V keeps heat low; the 40 dB SNR means faint hiss may be heard at idle, but no fan or active cooling is present.
