Portable extractor for 12 to 17 inch laptops

This USB powered cooler clamps to the exhaust vent of notebooks between 12 and 17 inches. It draws hot air directly out of the chassis instead of blowing across the base. The unit weighs very little and measures 83 by 168 millimetres so it fits in a laptop bag.

Automatic temperature controlled fan speed

A built in sensor monitors exhaust temperature and varies the turbo fan between 1500 and 3200 RPM without user intervention. The fan is rated for more than 50000 hours of operation. Power draw is 1.75 watts from a 5 volt USB port.

Moves 75.35 CFM for typical workloads

At maximum speed the extractor delivers 75.35 cubic feet per minute which handles everyday office tasks and moderate gaming heat loads. It cannot replace a full repaste or internal cleaning on heavily throttling machines. Buyers needing active intake cooling or multiple fans should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What does the 75.35 CFM airflow mean when the cooler is attached to my laptop?

It moves up to 75.35 cubic feet of air per minute across the exhaust vent, pulling heat out faster than passive vents alone.

How does the USB-powered 5 V fan connect and what speed range does it actually run at?

The cooler draws 1.75 W from a USB port and spins between 1500 and 3200 RPM depending on the temperature it detects.

Will the 83 mm by 168 mm housing fit my 15.6 inch notebook and stay in place?

The compact frame covers 12 to 17 inch laptops, and double-sided anti-skid pads keep it from sliding during use.
