Spears 3/4" CPVC Ball Valve
This Spears 3632R-007C is a 3/4-inch CPVC ball valve with socket connections for inline plumbing. It is intended for residential or commercial water systems that require a standard-port shut-off valve. The body uses CPVC material with a PVC ball and FKM seats and seals.
Verify pipe size and pressure rating
Confirm that the existing pipe is 3/4-inch CPVC and that the system pressure does not exceed 235 psi CWP. Ensure the operating temperature stays between 32 and 190 degrees F. Check that solvent-weld socket fittings match the valve's connection type before installation.
Replaces worn or leaking inline valves
This valve replaces a damaged or leaking 3/4-inch inline ball valve in CPVC piping. The three-piece design with Safe-T-Shear stem allows easier maintenance than single-piece units. The upgrade is worthwhile when the old valve body is cracked, seats are degraded, or stem operation has become stiff.

Questions about this item
Does the 3632R-007C come with solvent cement or do I need to buy it separately?
The valve is supplied as the 3/4" CPVC body with Safe-T-Shear stem and tee handle; solvent cement and primer for the socket connections must be purchased separately.
Is the 3/4" size the only option in this 3632 series or are larger diameters available?
This listing is for the 3/4" socket version; other pipe diameters in the same series would carry different model numbers not shown here.
What does the 235 psi CWP rating mean when the valve is installed in a hot-water line?
The 235 psi cold-working pressure applies at 32 °F to 190 °F; pressure capacity decreases as temperature rises toward the 190 °F limit.
