SPECO SPC6P Weatherproof Horn Speaker

The SPECO SPC6P is a self-amplified weatherproof horn speaker designed for public address installations. Its integrated amplifier removes the need for a separate power unit, simplifying wiring in outdoor or indoor venues. Mounting brackets and hardware are supplied for direct attachment to walls or poles. The white finish suits visible mounting locations.

Installers needing an all-in-one paging horn

This unit suits installers who want a single amplified horn for paging, background music or alert tones without external amplifier racks. It is not for systems requiring line-level passive speakers driven by a central amplifier. Buyers needing stereo coverage or high-fidelity music reproduction should look at dedicated full-range cabinets. Those requiring a different colour or horn diameter must choose another model.

Questions about this item

What power source does the SPC6P horn speaker need since it is already amplified?

The SPC6P is an amplified speaker so it requires a mains power connection to operate; no separate amplifier is needed.

Can I keep my existing passive PA speakers and run them from the SPC6P?

No, the SPC6P is a self-amplified horn speaker with no speaker-level outputs, so it cannot drive additional passive speakers.
