Spilltech Sorbent Pad 15 x 19 in

Each pad measures 15 in x 19 in and absorbs up to 34 9/16 oz of fluid. The three-layer polypropylene construction is perforated at 7 1/2 in x 19 in for easy tearing. A box contains 100 pads with a total absorption capacity of 24 gal. Universal absorption handles oils, coolants, solvents and water.

Replaces loose granular absorbents

Switching from loose granules to these pads eliminates dust and reduces clean-up time after spills. The perforated design lets you use only what you need, cutting waste on small leaks. The jump is worth it when you want faster containment and easier disposal of saturated material.

Fits spill kits and workstations

Pads stack flat on shelves or in mobile carts without special containers. They require no power, plumbing or mounting hardware to deploy. The lightweight polypropylene material frees up storage space compared to bulk bags of clay or cellulose absorbents.

Questions about this item

What dimensions and perforation spacing do I need to clear for these 15 x 19 in pads?

Each pad measures 15 inches by 19 inches and is perforated at 7 1/2 inches by 19 inches, so allow at least that footprint plus handling room.

How do I deploy the pads correctly, and what step is often missed?

Place the yellow polypropylene pad directly on the spill; the common mistake is not overlapping the perforated sections to cover the full 15 x 19 in area.

When do these 100-count universal sorbent pads need replacing?

Replace a pad once it has absorbed its 34 9/16 oz capacity; the 24-gallon package total is reached when the combined saturation hits that volume.
