Garden décor with cat charms

This Spoontiques wind chime adds playful character to a garden or room. The 17 inch metal construction carries cat figures and colourful paw prints that catch the breeze. It arrives ready to hang with a braided cord and loop, so no assembly is required. The piece suits anyone wanting a light decorative accent indoors or out.

Sustained outdoor exposure

Thin but sturdy metal resists bending while staying light enough to move in a gentle wind. The chime produces a soft, continuous tone rather than a sharp burst, making it suitable for long periods on a porch or near an open window. Weather will gradually patina the surface, which is typical for exposed metal ornaments. Buyers needing a louder, far-carrying signal should look elsewhere.

Build quality and daily mounting

The single hanging cord and loop keep installation simple on a hook, bracket or tree branch. Metal tubes and charms are fixed in place, so there are no loose parts to tighten over time. The finish is decorative rather than marine-grade, so salt-heavy coastal air may accelerate wear. Indoor-only users who want completely silent décor will not be served by this item.

Questions about this item

How much noise or heat does the 11995 cat wind chime generate when left outside all day?

The chime produces only the gentle ringing of its metal tubes as the wind moves the cat charms; it has no motor, electronics or power source, so it creates no heat and consumes no electricity.

What mounting hardware or tools must I already have to hang the 17-inch Spoontiques wind chime?

The chime includes a braided cord with an easy loop, so you only need a secure hook, nail or branch capable of holding its light weight; no tools or extra hardware are required.

Will the metal tubes on this 11995 chime clash with an older brass wind chime I already have nearby?

Both chimes will simply ring when the breeze catches them; the thin steel tubes on this model add a bright, high tone that blends with rather than overpowers a deeper brass chime.
