Wireless DECT headset for deskphones

The SPRACHT HS-2019 is a wireless headset built for deskphones with an RJ-9 headset port. It uses DECT 6.0 technology to deliver a range of up to 350 feet from the base station. A noise-canceling microphone and wideband speaker provide clear audio for professional calls. The package includes the base station, headgear, AC adaptor and cables.

Suited to single-ear deskphone users

This single-ear, over-the-head model suits office workers who need to stay aware of their surroundings while on calls. It connects only via the supplied RJ-9 cable to a compatible deskphone headset port. Buyers who want a USB connection for softphone use or a dual-ear design for maximum focus should look at something else.

350-foot DECT 6.0 wireless range

The decisive specification is the 350-foot wireless range provided by DECT 6.0. It determines whether the headset covers the required roaming distance in the office. If the workspace exceeds this range or operates on a different wireless standard, this model will not meet the requirement.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a handset lifter separately?

The package includes the base station, headset with headgear, AC adaptor and cables; a handset lifter is sold separately for remote call answering.

Which connector version should I choose for my desk phone?

Use the RJ-9 headset port on your desk phone; the headset also lists USB connectivity but the primary wired link is the RJ-9 connector.

What does the 350-foot wireless range mean in a real office?

The 350-foot maximum range is achievable in open space; walls and interference will reduce the practical distance you can roam while staying connected.
