Adjustable 108-inch PVC rope

The SPRI Speed Jump Rope measures 108 inches and uses a PVC cord with plastic handles. It is built for adult fitness conditioning and features an adjustable length, kink-resistant design, lightweight feel and tangle-free performance.

Advanced conditioning and speed work

This rope suits users who want a lightweight, adjustable tool for high-tempo footwork, double-unders or interval training. It is not for buyers who need a weighted rope for strength work, a beaded rope for rhythm feedback or a cable rope rated for competitive speed records.

26 mm handle diameter

The handles measure 26 mm in diameter and are made of plastic with a urethane grip. Buyers with very large or very small hands should check this dimension against their preference before ordering.

Questions about this item

How does the 108-inch length work for someone my height?

The rope measures 108 inches total and can be shortened at the handles to match your height, so you only cut off the excess once you have it set.

What does the kink-resistant PVC rope actually prevent during fast skipping?

The PVC construction keeps its shape on high-speed rotations, stopping the cable from curling or binding when you accelerate into double-unders.

Will the 2-inch extended handles fit my grip and the wall mount I use?

Each handle is 2 inches in diameter with a urethane grip, giving a wider hold than standard ropes and sliding onto most wall hooks designed for fitness accessories.
