Two-Operator Pendant Station

The SQUARE D 9001BW92R is a hand-held control station with two momentary push buttons configured as 2NO contacts. A mechanical interlock prevents both buttons from being pressed at the same time, and the thermoplastic enclosure carries NEMA 1, 3, 3R, 4 and 4X ratings for indoor or outdoor use. It mounts via a 1/2 in. -14 NPT hub on the hand grip.

Suits Simple Up/Down Control

This station suits operators who need a compact, red pendant for basic up/down motion such as hoists, conveyors or doors. It is not suited for applications that require pilot lights, maintained-action contacts, more than two operators or a contact rating above 5 A at 600 V AC/DC.

Fits Standard Conduit Entry

The 1/2 in. NPT hub connects directly to rigid or flexible conduit, so no extra adapters are needed. The 4.69 in height, 2.19 in width and 2.94 in depth allow the unit to sit comfortably in the hand while leaving panel space free for other devices. CE, CSA and UL listings simplify compliance in regulated installations.

Questions about this item

What voltage supply does the 9001BW92R station require for its 2NO contacts?

The contacts are rated for 600 V AC or DC, so the supply you connect must not exceed that level.

Can I mount this pendant on an existing 1/2 in NPT conduit fitting?

Yes, the hub is threaded 1/2 in -14 NPT and will screw directly onto a matching conduit.

How do I verify the mechanical interlock is functioning after wiring?

Press one button fully, then try the other; the interlocked design prevents the second from operating until the first is released.
