Season Pass DLC for Xbox One

Final Fantasy XV Season Pass is a downloadable content pack published by Square Enix. It adds six installments of additional material to the base role-playing game. The collection includes three character-focused episodes, two equipment packs and one expansion with a new gameplay mode. A digital code delivers the content directly to an Xbox One account.

RPG players who want the complete post-launch

This pass suits owners of Final Fantasy XV on Xbox One who plan to experience every story episode and the online co-op expansion. It does not suit players who only want the base campaign or who prefer to purchase individual episodes separately. The content requires the main game to function and is tied to the Xbox One platform.

Six-installment content structure

The Season Pass bundles three original episodes starring Prompto, Gladio and Ignis, two DLC packs with exclusive weapons and items, and one Expansion Pack that introduces an all-new gameplay mode including online co-op. All six installments are unlocked through a single digital code redeemed on Xbox One.

Questions about this item

Do I need to own Final Fantasy XV on Xbox One before this Season Pass will work?

Yes, the Season Pass is downloadable content that requires the base Final Fantasy XV game on Xbox One to access the additional episodes, weapons, items, and the Online Co-op expansion.

Will the exclusive weapons and items from the DLC packs carry over to my existing Final Fantasy XV save file on Xbox One?

The features state that new weapons from the character episodes can be carried over to the main game, so they should become available in your existing save once the DLC is installed.

How can I verify that all six Season Pass installments have been installed and are ready to play on my Xbox One?

After redeeming the digital code, check the Manage Game & Add-ons section for Final Fantasy XV on your Xbox One; each of the six content installments should appear as installed and the three character episodes will be selectable from the main menu.
