Questions about this item

Does the SE100 code unlock the base Sleeping Dogs game or only the Year of the Snake DLC?

The SE100 code provides the Year of the Snake downloadable content only; the base Sleeping Dogs game is required separately.

Will my PC meet the minimum spec with a Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz, 2GB RAM and an ATI Radeon 3870?

Yes, those components match the listed minimum requirements of a Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or Athlon X2 2.7 GHz, 2GB memory and a DirectX 10 card such as the Radeon 3870 or GeForce 8800 GT.

The product lists Steam DRM — does that mean the code redeems on Steam and requires the Steam client to play?

Correct, the DRM is Steam, so the online game code activates on a Steam account and the Steam client is needed for installation and play.
