Red Nylon Fork Terminals for #10 Studs

These Sta-Kon RA18-10F terminals accept 22-16 AWG wire and feature a red nylon insulation with partial coverage. The brazed seam barrel includes an insulation grip and a tin-finished copper contact. Each terminal is rated for 600 V and a maximum operating temperature of 221 degrees F.

Replaces Damaged or Undersized Ring Lugs

The fork tongue allows installation without fully removing the #10 mounting screw, saving time on automotive and industrial panels. A jump from a ring terminal is worth it when screw access is limited or when vibration makes a secure fork fit preferable to an open ring.

Suits Installers Needing 100-Piece Bulk Packs

The pack supports high-volume wiring jobs that require CSA certified and UL listed components with a UL 94 V-2 flammability rating. Buyers who need fully insulated barrels, heat-shrink seals, or a different stud size should look at other terminal styles.

Questions about this item

What stud size does the #10 fork terminal fit?

The terminal is built for a #10 stud, with a tongue length of .42 in and a barrel length of .46 in to match that bolt size.

Which crimp tool and wire range should I use for the 22-16 AWG barrel?

Use a crimper rated for 22-16 AWG insulated terminals; insert the stripped wire fully into the .46 in insulation-grip barrel before compressing.

How often should I inspect the nylon insulation and tin-plated copper contact?

Check for cracked red nylon, discoloured tin plating or loose crimps after thermal cycles; the V-2 rated insulation withstands up to 221 °F.
