Crimp fork terminal for 14 AWG wire with a #6 stud, nylon insulation rated to 600 V and 221 °F
This fork terminal accepts 14 AWG wire and fits a #6 stud for secure electrical connections. It is built with copper contacts and a tin finish for reliable conductivity in automotive and industrial wiring tasks. The nylon insulation provides partial coverage and withstands temperatures up to 221 degrees F. The unit is CSA certified and UL listed for code-compliant installations.
The connector is rated for a maximum of 600 V and a single 14 AWG conductor. The brazed seam and insulation grip barrel support a dependable crimp joint within these electrical and mechanical limits. The tongue length measures .4 in and the barrel length is .46 in, defining the physical space required for termination. It is not suited for wire gauges larger than 14 AWG or voltages exceeding the rated value.
This fork tongue slides onto the stud without removing the nut completely, saving time on panels where full disassembly is difficult. The design upgrades from bare wire wraps or loose lugs by adding a crimped, insulated barrel that resists vibration. The jump is worth it when maintenance access is limited and a secure, insulated crimp connection is required for 14 AWG circuits.

This fork terminal is built for 14 AWG conductors; using a different gauge would require a different terminal model.
The 600 V rating is the maximum voltage the insulation and crimp joint are certified to withstand in service.
The tongue accepts a #6 screw or bolt, so the terminal can only be fastened to hardware with that exact thread size.
