Suits cloud-based ordering

This printer fits businesses using Star CloudPRNT to retrieve orders directly from online services without a separate tablet. It offers WLAN, Ethernet, USB and two peripheral USB ports for flexible connectivity. Operations needing impact printing for multi-part forms or colour output should consider other technologies.

CloudPRNT direct online ordering protocol

The defining specification is CloudPRNT support, which lets the printer communicate directly with online ordering platforms using Star's protocol. This removes the requirement for an intermediate tablet or POS terminal to push print jobs. Verify that your ordering service integrates this protocol before purchase.
