Magnetic privacy filter for 21.5" widescreen

This magnetic privacy screen fits 21.5 inch 16:9 widescreen displays and narrows the viewing angle to plus or minus 30 degrees. It obscures on-screen content from side glances while preserving clarity for the user. The filter attaches with ultra-slim 5mm magnetic strips or slide-mount tabs for quick installation. It is TAA compliant and suited for shared offices or public-facing workstations.

Blue light reduction and anti-glare surface

The reversible filter blocks 40 to 51 percent of blue light in the 380 to 480 nanometre range to reduce eye strain during long sessions. One side provides a matte anti-glare finish that diffuses reflections, while the opposite glossy side enhances clarity when glare is not a concern. No power or software is required for either function.

Removable design with screen protection

The filter adds scratch, dust and fingerprint protection to the display surface and can be removed or flipped in seconds thanks to the magnetic adhesive strips. Its ultra-slim profile avoids interference with laptop lids or monitor bezels. Buyers who need a permanently bonded filter or a size outside 21.5 inch 16:9 should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the magnetic strips to my 21.5" 16:9 monitor without trapping dust?

Clean the bezel thoroughly, then press the ultra-slim 5 mm magnetic strips onto the frame; the reversible filter snaps on and off for easy cleaning.

Will the blue-light reduction layer degrade and need replacing?

The filter blocks 40-51% of blue light in the 380-480 nm range permanently; only physical scratches or coating wear would require a new screen.

At what viewing angle does the privacy effect stop working?

The +/-30 degree viewing angle means content becomes visible once someone moves more than 30 degrees off-centre horizontally.
