Privacy screen for 22-inch 16:10 monitors

This acrylic privacy filter fits 22-inch displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio. It is designed for professionals who need to protect on-screen data from side viewing in offices, shared workstations or hoteling spaces. The filter narrows the visible angle to plus or minus 30 degrees using microlouver technology. TAA compliance makes it suitable for government and regulated environments.

Hanging mount with silicone bumpers and cleaning

The hanging design attaches and removes in seconds without tools. Silicone bumpers hold the filter securely and prevent the acrylic frame from touching the display surface. A microfibre cleaning cloth is included to keep the high-gloss coating clear. The quick-install approach suits users who move the screen between monitors or need to share the display temporarily.

Acrylic build with blue-light reduction and glossy

The 0.7-inch thick acrylic panel weighs 2.10 lbs and measures 12.8 by 19.7 inches. A fingerprint-resistant, high-gloss surface preserves colour vibrancy while resisting scratches during daily use. The filter blocks blue light in the 380-480 nm range and delivers 65 percent light transmittance to reduce eye strain during long sessions without overly dimming the screen.

Questions about this item

How often will the acrylic filter or silicone bumpers need replacing?

The filter is a passive acrylic panel with no consumable parts; the silicone bumpers hold the screen in place and are designed for the product's lifetime.

What limits continuous daily use of the privacy screen?

The 65% light transmittance and +-30 degree viewing angle remain constant; the only practical limit is physical damage to the acrylic surface.

Does the filter trap heat or change the monitor's power draw after hours of use?

The acrylic layer adds no active components, so it does not generate heat or affect the display's power consumption during all-day operation.
