32-Inch Privacy Filter

The StarTech 3269A-PRIVACY-SCREEN is a hanging acrylic filter designed for 32-inch monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It uses Microlouver technology to restrict the viewing angle to +/- 30 degrees from centre, protecting on-screen data from visual eavesdropping in shared offices, hoteling stations or public spaces.

Sustained Viewing Comfort

The filter blocks blue light in the 380-480nm range to reduce eye strain during extended work sessions. With 65% light transmittance, it maintains screen brightness and readability while the high-gloss surface preserves colour vibrancy for daily professional use.

Tool-Free Hanging Mount

A tool-free hanging design allows the filter to be attached or removed in seconds without hardware. Silicone bumpers hold the screen securely in place and prevent the acrylic frame from contacting the display surface, protecting the monitor from scratches during regular handling.

Questions about this item

Does the acrylic filter or its silicone bumpers generate any heat or noise during all-day use?

The hanging acrylic filter has no moving parts or electronics, so it produces no heat and no noise during continuous use.

What must my monitor already have for this privacy screen to attach?

Your monitor must be a 32-inch 16:9 display so the filter's 12.6-inch width and 21.5-inch depth match the visible area.

Will the filter fit if I keep my older 32-inch 16:9 monitor that has a slightly curved bezel?

The tool-free hanging mount rests on the top bezel and silicone bumpers hold the 0.9-inch deep frame away from the screen, accommodating most bezels on 32-inch 16:9 monitors.
