Single-Monitor Arm for 32-Inch Displays

The StarTech ARMPIVOTHD is a desk-mounted articulating arm built from heavy-duty aluminum with a silver finish. It supports one VESA-compliant monitor up to 32 inches and 19.8 lbs using 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm hole patterns. A gas-spring mechanism provides one-touch height adjustment. Desk and grommet clamp mounting options are included.

Suited for Single-Screen Desk Setups

This arm fits users who want to free desk space and position one screen up to 32 inches with full-motion articulation. It is not for buyers who need to mount two or more monitors on a single arm. It is not for installations that require wall mounting, as the unit is desk-mount only. It is not for monitors that exceed the 19.8 lb weight limit or lack VESA 75 or 100 mounting holes.

Maximum Monitor Size 32 Inches

The decisive specification is the 32-inch and 19.8 lb capacity; screens larger or heavier than this will not be supported. The arm provides 180 degrees of display rotation and one-touch height adjustment via gas spring. VESA patterns are limited to 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 75 mm or 100 mm VESA spacing for my monitor?

The arm includes both 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm hole patterns, so you can match whichever pattern your monitor uses without needing an adapter.

What does the 32 inch limit mean once the arm is on my desk?

It supports a single screen up to 32 inches (813 mm) diagonally and 19.8 lbs (9 kg), giving full-motion articulation within that weight and size envelope.

How does the gas-spring height adjustment work in practice?

One-touch, spring-assisted movement lets you raise or lower the display smoothly through the arm’s 19.09 inch height range without knobs or tools.
