Questions about this item

Does my laptop need a Thunderbolt 3 port to use this dock?

Yes, the dock connects through a single Thunderbolt 3 USB-C 24-pin female port, so your laptop must provide that interface.

Will my existing DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA monitors work with the dual 4K 60Hz output?

The dock offers two DisplayPort 20-pin, one HDMI 19-pin and one VGA 15-pin female ports; you can drive two 4K 60Hz displays using any combination of DP/DP, DP/HDMI, DP/VGA or HDMI/VGA.

How can I confirm the dock is delivering 85W power to my laptop after setup?

Check your laptop’s battery or power settings — it should show the dock supplying up to 85W Power Delivery while the Thunderbolt 3 link is active.
