Dual 4K 60Hz Docking Station

This portable docking station connects a laptop to two DisplayPort monitors at 3840 x 2160 resolution running at 60Hz in extended mode. It provides a Gigabit Ethernet port and uses a single USB 3.0 Type-A connection for both video and data. The compact black enclosure measures 0.80" x 2.30" x 5.10" and weighs 4.40 oz.

For USB 3.0 laptops needing dual DisplayPort output

The dock suits Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 systems as well as macOS 10.10 through 10.12 that have an available USB 3.0 Type-A port. Buyers whose laptops only offer USB 2.0 Type-A or who require more than two video outputs should look at a different solution.

Dual 4K 60Hz over USB 3.0 Type-A

The decisive specification is the ability to drive two 4K displays at 60Hz through a single USB 3.0 Type-A male connector. If the host port is USB 3.0 Type-A and dual DisplayPort 4K 60Hz is the target, this adapter meets that requirement.
