This USB-A to Micro-B data blocker cable creates a power-only connection for charging smartphones, tablets, headphones and cameras. It physically removes the data pins from the USB-A connector to prevent data theft, corruption and malware transfer between the device and the host system. Physical Data Blocking Design

The USB-A connector has no data pins, providing a hardware barrier that stops all data transmission while allowing up to 5 V / 2.4 A / 12 W charging.
