Steelman 99025 Pipe Alignment Clamp
The Steelman 99025 is a steel pipe alignment clamp designed for welding preparation. It joins two pipe segments securely so they can be welded together with accurate fit-up. The tool suits pipefitters, welders and maintenance crews working on steel piping systems.
2 in to 6 in Clamping Range
This clamp handles pipes from 2 inches to 6 inches in diameter. The wing bolts act as contact points that let you fine-tune the alignment of each segment before welding. A quick-release mechanism speeds up repositioning and removal during set-up work.
For Steel Pipe Welding Set-Up
It is built for aligning steel pipes in fabrication and repair jobs where precise joint fit matters. The included contact pads protect pipe surfaces during clamping. Buyers who need to align pipes outside the 2 in to 6 in range or who work with non-steel materials should look at other clamping solutions.
