Built-in TPMS Sensor for Sedan SUV Van Wagon
This Steelmate built-in sensor monitors tyre pressure on sedans, SUVs, vans and wagons. It operates on 315 and 433/434 MHz frequencies and uses an Infineon design tested in 30 million vehicles. The IP67 rating provides waterproof, dustproof and anti-theft protection in all weather.
Drivers wanting leak alerts temperature alarms
The sensor delivers five functions: leak monitoring, reduced tyre wear, abnormal temperature alarm, abnormal pressure alarm and fuel economy improvement. It is not suited for vehicles that require a different frequency band or an external valve-stem sensor instead of a built-in unit.
Dual-frequency 315 and 433/434 MHz operation
This single specification decides compatibility; the sensor transmits on both 315 MHz and 433/434 MHz bands. If the vehicle's TPMS receiver uses only one of these frequencies or a different protocol, the sensor will not pair.

Questions about this item
What radio frequencies does this sensor transmit on?
The sensor operates on both 315 MHz and 433/434 MHz bands, covering the common frequencies used by factory TPMS systems in sedans, SUVs, vans and wagons.
What valve hole diameter is required to mount this built-in sensor?
It fits the standard valve stem opening found on most passenger-car wheels; the aviation-grade aluminium nozzle is designed for that common size.
How do I pair the sensor after fitting it to the wheel, and what step is often missed?
After torquing the sensor to the wheel, you must perform the vehicle-specific relearn procedure — driving above a set speed or using a TPMS tool — otherwise the ECU will not recognise the new ID.
