Extended Cloth Surface

The SteelSeries 63826 QcK XL RGB Prism Cloth mouse pad is an extended gaming surface measuring 900 mm by 300 mm with a 4 mm thickness. It uses an exclusive micro-woven cloth optimised for optical and laser sensors. Dynamic 2-zone RGB illumination adds lighting effects and in-game notifications. It is built for competitive players who want a large, consistent glide area.

USB Connection and Software Setup

The pad connects via USB and is configured through SteelSeries Engine software, where lighting zones, Discord alerts and audio visualiser effects are set up. A durable non-slip rubber base keeps the surface stationary during play. The main installation issue occurs when the software does not detect the device, which is usually resolved by trying a different USB port or reinstalling the Engine application.

Desk Space and Port Availability

Before ordering, confirm your desk can accommodate the 900 mm by 300 mm footprint, which equals 35.43 in by 11.81 in. Ensure a spare USB port is available for power and data. Buyers who need a smaller pad or a surface without RGB lighting should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the RGB lighting is working correctly after installing the SteelSeries Engine software?

Open SteelSeries Engine and use the PrismSync or Audio Visualizer apps to trigger dynamic 2-zone lighting effects; the surface should illuminate across both zones and respond to in-game alerts or Discord notifications in real time.

What comes in the box with the QcK XL RGB Prism Cloth mouse pad, and is a separate power adapter required?

The package includes the 900 mm x 300 mm x 4 mm cloth surface with integrated RGB lighting and a non-slip rubber base; it draws power via USB so no external adapter is needed.

The model 63826 is listed as an extended size — how do I decide if the 900 mm by 300 mm dimensions suit my desk?

Measure your available desk space against 35.43 in x 11.81 in; this XL pad covers a wide area for keyboard and mouse, so choose it only if you have room for that footprint.
