TKL keyboard and 59 g mouse set

This bundle pairs a tenkeyless optical keyboard with an ultra-lightweight gaming mouse. The compact layout leaves more desk space for broad mouse movements. Both devices feature RGB illumination configurable across millions of colours. The set targets competitive players who value speed and a minimal footprint.

Hot-swap optical switches and IP54 mouse internals

The keyboard uses hot-swappable OptiPoint switches that can be replaced without soldering. Actuation depth is adjustable between 1mm and 1.5mm to suit different game styles. The mouse interior carries an IP54 rating that shields the sensor and switches from splashes and dust. No software installation is required for basic operation.

0.2 ms response and 33 % faster actuation

Custom OptiPoint switches deliver a 0.2 ms response time and actuate 33 % faster than standard optical designs. The mouse employs a TrueMove Core optical sensor tuned for pixel-perfect tracking. Double-shot PBT keycaps resist shine and maintain texture over extended use. Buyers who need a dedicated number pad or wireless connectivity should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 0.2ms response time is active after setup?

The SteelSeries GG software shows the current actuation profile and lets you confirm the OptiPoint switches are registering at the selected 1mm or 1.5mm depth with zero debounce.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The set includes the Apex 9 TKL keyboard with pre-installed OptiPoint switches, double-shot PBT keycaps, the Aerox 3 59g mouse, and a keycap puller; no extra switches or cables are included.

Which actuation depth should I choose — 1mm or 1.5mm?

Select 1mm for the fastest possible keystroke registration in competitive shooters, or 1.5mm for a more deliberate press that reduces accidental actuations during typing.
