Product identity

The SteelSeries QcK Prism Cloth XL is a large cloth mouse pad with two-zone RGB illumination. It is designed for gamers who want a wide, uniform tracking surface and synchronised lighting across their desk setup.

Thermals noise power

The pad draws power from a USB connection to drive its lighting system; it generates no measurable heat and produces no audible noise during operation. Power consumption is limited to the LED circuitry and does not affect system thermals.

Software and accessories

SteelSeries Engine software provides PrismSync for coordinating light effects with other Prism-enabled gear, plus Engine Apps for Discord alerts, in-game event lighting and audio visualisation. A non-slip rubber base keeps the pad stationary during fast movements.

Questions about this item

How do I install the QcK Prism Cloth XL and which step is often missed?

Connect the USB cable to a free port on your PC, then install SteelSeries Engine so the software can detect the pad and enable the two-zone RGB lighting and PrismSync features.

What maintenance or replacement will the QcK Prism Cloth XL need over time?

The cloth surface can be hand-washed with mild soap and air-dried to restore glide; the non-slip rubber base and integrated lighting are not user-replaceable, so the whole pad is replaced if they fail.

What limit appears first during extended gaming sessions on the QcK Prism Cloth XL?

The cloth surface may accumulate skin oils and dust, gradually reducing sensor tracking consistency until it is cleaned, while the RGB LEDs and rubber base remain stable.
