Iconic ambidextrous shape

The SteelSeries Sensei Ten 62527 is a wired optical gaming mouse built for left- and right-handed players who prefer claw, fingertip or palm grips. Its TrueMove Pro sensor delivers up to 18000 CPI for precise tracking on any surface. The mouse connects via USB and works with Windows, Mac, Linux and Xbox systems.

SteelSeries Engine software unlocks full

The bundled SteelSeries Engine 3.15.1+ application lets users remap all eight programmable buttons, adjust CPI steps and configure RGB lighting zones. Settings are stored on the device so they travel with the mouse across Windows 7 or newer and macOS 10.12 or newer without reconfiguration.

60 million click durability rating defines

Mechanical switches are rated for 60 million clicks, providing a clear headroom marker for competitive play. The sensor’s 18000 CPI ceiling covers low-sensitivity aim and high-speed flick shots alike. Buyers who need wireless freedom or a dedicated sniper button will not find those features here.

Questions about this item

How long are the mechanical switches rated to last before they may need replacement?

The mechanical switches are guaranteed for 60 million clicks, giving a clear lifespan benchmark for heavy daily use.

At 18000 DPI, what is the first limitation I will hit during extended high-speed tracking?

The TrueMove Pro optical sensor maintains consistent tracking at the full 18000 CPI without smoothing or acceleration, so the practical limit is your own control rather than sensor performance.

Does the RGB lighting or sensor draw enough power to make the mouse warm or noisy during all-day sessions?

The wired USB connection powers the RGB and TrueMove Pro sensor without active cooling, so the mouse stays silent and runs at a neutral temperature even after hours of continuous play.
