Utility License for Backup & Utilities

This is a one-year maintenance licence for StorageCraft ShadowProtect SPX Desktop on Windows. It is intended for government, education or non-profit organisations that already run the software and need continued access to updates and technical support.

Contract Period of 1 Year

The licence covers exactly one year of maintenance from the date of activation. Without a valid maintenance term the installed product will no longer receive patches or vendor assistance, so renewal timing is the single detail that determines whether this SKU matches the requirement.

Quantity Range 20-99

The agreement supports deployments of between 20 and 99 seats, giving headroom for medium-scale desktop fleets. Organisations with fewer than 20 desktops or more than 99 desktops fall outside this licence tier and must select a different quantity band.
