Vampire Survival Game

V Rising is a downloadable PC game that activates through Steam. You awaken as a weakened vampire and must hunt for blood to regain strength while avoiding sunlight. The gothic open world lets you explore forests, caverns and villages alone or with friends online. The game released in 2022 and carries a Teen ESRB rating.

Steam DRM and Region Blocks

The product is a Steam online code, not a physical disc, so a Steam account is mandatory for activation and installation. Activation is restricted in a long list of countries including Russia, China, India, Brazil and many others. Buyers in blocked regions cannot redeem the code or play the game. No additional software or accessories are bundled with the download.

Installation and Common Issues

Installation requires a 64-bit Windows 10 system with at least an Intel Core i5-6600 or equivalent AMD Ryzen processor running at 3.3 GHz. A stable internet connection is needed to download the game files after code redemption. The most common problem is attempting activation from a blocked country, which fails immediately. Users without a Steam account must create one before the code can be used.

Questions about this item

Will I need to upgrade my PC parts to meet the minimum Windows specs later?

The minimum spec asks for a 64‑bit Windows 10 OS, an Intel Core i5‑6600 at 3.3 GHz or an AMD Ryzen equivalent, so any future upgrade must match or exceed those figures.

What performance limit appears first during long play sessions?

The game runs on Steam DRM and requires a constant Steam account connection; sustained play is limited by your internet stability and the Steam client rather than a hardware bottleneck.

How much heat or fan noise does the game add when running all day?

As a downloadable title it produces no direct heat or noise; only your own CPU and GPU workload from meeting the i5‑6600 or Ryzen baseline will affect system thermals.
